Easy Grilled Italian Sandwich-ci

~~~An easy grilled sammich, which can easily be prepared pannini style, too.
Ingredients:
1lb deli roast beef
1lb provolone cheese, sliced thin
1 cup pickled banana peppers, chopped
dried or fresh italian herb blend
2 loaves italian bread, sliced 1/2 inch thick on the bias
butter
olive oil
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet
2. butter outsides of all pieces of bread
3. arrange sammiches in skillet on medium/low heat, as follows:1 pieces of bread, butter side down, half slice of cheese, couple slices of roast beef, about 1-2T peppers, another slice of beef, another 1/2 slice cheese, then drizzle INSIDE of top piece of bread with small amount of olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, place butter side UP.
4. Brown sammiches about 3-4 minutes on each side til golden brown and cheese is melted.
