Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice the green onions and stir into the sour cream
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Brown ground beef with seasonings, onion, pepper(s), and chiles.
  4. Add stock once all pink color disappears and veggies are soft
  5. Arrange fritos on oven safe pan
  6. Add ground beef first then salsa then cheese.
  7. Bake in oven for 3-4 mins.
  8. Serve with a dollop of sour cream/green onion topping, tomatoes, olives and jalepenos as desired.
