Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin side down into baking dish.
  4. Top with mayonnaise and spread over the fish.
  5. Top with onion or shallot.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes for small fillets (larger fillets will require additional time).
