Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slather both sides of the fish with plenty of curry. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Rub the spices into the fish.
  2. Wrap fish in a foil packet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
