Easy Delicious Beans and Rice Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese on the bottom of the casserole dish.
  4. Spoon 1 cup of the cooked rice evenly over the cheese, and sprinkle with half of the green onions.
  5. Top the onions with half of the chilies, half of the refried beans and half of the sour cream.
  6. Repeat this layer reserving 1/2 of the shredded cheese to sprinkle on top.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until thoroughly heated through and the cheese is melted on top.
  8. Spoon salsa around the edge of the top of the dish, and serve more salsa at the table.
