Easy Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in pot
  2. Add onions and carrots until soft
  3. Add garlic until slighty brown.
  4. Mix in flour and cook it for 1-2 min.
  5. Pour in chicken stock and wisk so that theres no lumps
  6. Let boil and add in corn and half and half.
  7. Let boil
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
