Easy Cherry Cake With Pudding Frosting

Ingredients:

  • easy cherry cake with pudding frosting
  • 1 can cherry pie filling -- (20 oz)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix together well with a
  • spoon. pour into a greased 9x13-inch cake pan. bake at 350 f. for 40- 50 minutes. cool, and frost with vanilla pudding frosting (see recipe below).
  • combine 1 4-oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix with 1-1/2 cups
  • cold milk and 1 envelope dream whip topping mix. beat together in
