Ingredients:

  • rib of celery chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of brown rice i love uncle bens
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add water, boullion, onion and celery to pot
  2. Simmer on med for about 10 minutes or until celery and onion is soft
  3. Add rice and bring to a boil
  4. Add peas (if your family will eat them)
  5. Cover and let simmer on low for 20 minutes
  6. Add parsley and fluff with fork
