Kielbasa and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 (5 1/4 oz) packages au gratin potatoes
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 lb kielbasa
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen peas

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Combine potatoes, sauce mix (from package) and onion in a 3-quart baking dish. Stir in milk and water. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
  3. Make cuts 1-inch apart and about 1/2-inch deep into kielbasa with a sharp knife.
  4. Stir peas into potato mixture; place kielbasa on top.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and kielbasa is lightly browned.
  6. Place kielbasa on a small platter and cut into serving size pieces.
  7. Serve potatoes from baking dish. .
