Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until potatoes are finely
  2. Ground, or approx. 2 min.
  3. Pour into pre-heated, lightely-oiled 9 round or loaf pan or oblong pan ( to double ) and bake at 350 or until golden brown, about 1-1/2-2 hrs.
  4. When doubling recipe use 9 x13 pan.
  5. Decorate as desired.
  6. I used green onions, radishes, and dollops of sour cream
