Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3/4 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat over to 180°C.
  2. Place pan with 1/3 cup of oil in the oven while you are preparing the kugel.
  3. Peel potatoes, and grate in food processor.
  4. Grate onions.
  5. Drain excess liquid.
  6. Add all ingredients, well-mixed, to the hot pan. Oil will come over the sides - spoon onto the middle of kugel.
  7. Bake for 90 minutes or until golden brown.
