Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice the onion.
  2. Heat oil in a frypan.
  3. Add the onion and cook until soft.
  4. Slice the schnitzel into strips.
  5. Add to the onion and fry until just cooked through.
  6. Add the savoury tomatoes and heat but dont' boil.
  7. Mix in the frozen stir fry veges, heat for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes.
