Directions:

  1. Slice beef into small thin strips like you would for fajitas
  2. Brown with onion and garlic
  3. Add cumin and turmeric
  4. Add tomatoes, black beans and corn and heat thru for one hour.
  5. Top with shredded cheese if you have to, and some crushed low cal tortilla chips.
  6. 8 servings
