Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups dry lentils
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ginger cube
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 5 sprigs cilantro
  • 3 cups water

Directions:

  1. Fry chopped onion and oil till onions are translucent.
  2. Add ginger garlic, salt, chilli powder, turmerics, lentils, water, and tomatoes.
  3. Cook 3 minutes.
  4. Put in pressure cooker.
  5. After 5 whistles turn off cook.
  6. Add celantro.
  7. Cool 5 minutes.
  8. Serve in fancy bowls.
