  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add to large mixing bowl all of the ingredients. Blend into a smooth batter. Pour batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf baking pan.
  2. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, until a tootpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
