Banana Snack Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs.
  2. Beat in bananas and vanilla.
  3. Mix in milk, and dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour into greased 9 by 13 and bake 350 for 25 minutes.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Frosting:.
  8. Mix all till smooth and frost cake.
