Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with beater until smooth.
  2. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
  3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
  4. Slice and spread with butter or cream cheese (if desired).
