Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  2. Mix in dry ingredients.
  3. Pour into buttered 4x8 loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  5. Cool on a rack.
