Easy Apricot Sesame Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced gingerroot

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat- heat olive oil and add sesame seeds and garlic.
  2. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes until desired consistency.
