Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake sausage in 375F oven for 15-20 mins.
  2. Drain and slice into 1/4 coins, set aside.
  3. Combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl.
  4. Add the hash browns, cheese, sausage, red pepper and onions.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 375F for 65-70 mins. or until set and golden brown.
  10. Let rest for 10 mins. before serving.
