Dublin Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 tps. each celery seed and mustard seed
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tps. sugar 1/2 tps. salt
  • 2 cups finely shredded crisp cabbage
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tps. salt

Directions:

  1. Soak celery and mustard seeds in 2 Tbs. vinegar; drizzle over warm potatoes. Sprinkle with sugar and 1/2 tps.salt. Chill. Add meat, cabbage, pickle, and onions. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over potato mixture; toss lightly.
