Directions:

  1. Chop romaine fine
  2. Sliver carrots fine
  3. Chop bell peppers (red, green & yellow )
  4. Place dressing in bottom of salad plate, place lettuce on top. sprinkle chopped vegetables on top of lettuce, sprinkle on dried cranberries, then turkey.
