Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt , optional
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen peas, thawed

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add peas; toss. Chill until ready to serve. Yield: 6 servings.
