Ingredients:

  • 1 (5 oz) can minced clams with juice (reserve juice)
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese with 4 tbsp reserve clam juice until very light.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, adjusting seasoning to taste.
  3. Chill several hours before serving.
