A great dip for entertaining.
Ingredients:
1 (5 ounce) can minced clams with juice (reserve juice)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1 dash cayenne
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese with 4 tbsp reserve clam juice until very light.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients, adjusting seasoning to taste.
3. Chill several hours before serving.
