Ingredients:

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 lemon juice , and rind of grated
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh dill

Directions:

  1. Whiz all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Serve over simple greens only salads.
