Dijon Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/8 tsp oregano (or other herb of your choice)

Directions:

  1. Coddle the egg by placing it in a bowl of very hot tap water. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a food blender and mix.
