Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash lentile beans with cold water and set aside
  2. Add cooking oil to a pan and saute chopped onion untill golden brown
  3. Add lentile beans to the sauteed onions and mix well, sprinkle with salt, peppers, and cummins.
  4. Add hot water to the mix and cover on low heat for 30 minutes.
  5. When the soup is done add lemon juice and mix.
  6. Serve with fried or baked pita bread pieces.
