Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well, rub into fish. Grill skin side down, do not turn fish. Grill on low 15 minutes.
