Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes and microwave until done about 10 minutes.
  2. Cut in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out inside, leaving small amount of white.
  4. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper and paprika.
  5. Bake on cookie sheet in 475 degree oven 8 minutes or until brown turn over and cook another 8 minutes.
  6. Top with cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Bake another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with sour cream and green onions.
