Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs roast
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Fill pan half full with water and let roast and onions cook for 5-6 hours.
  2. Shred meat and let sit in fridge over night.
  3. Next day add all other ingredients and cook again.
  4. We let it cook in a crock pot on low all day and it's ready when we get home from work!
  5. Sometimes I cheat and sneak home for lunch and make a sandwich.
