Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/3 cups potatoes
  • 1/3 cup onion
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp mustard

Directions:

  1. Mix flour and margarine todether.
  2. Stir in water until dough forms.
  3. Cill for 30 minutes.
  4. FOr filling, heat everything in a saucepan and stir for 5 minutes.
  5. Cover for 10 minutes until cookied.
  6. Roll out dough andd cut into 4 rectangels.
  7. Spoon infilling.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
