Ingredients:

  • 1 cabbage, shredded finely (small)
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Put the butter, curry powder, sugar and salt in a saucepan, let it melt and sizzle a llittle then add the cabbage. Stir well, put the lid on and steam on a low low heat til cooked. You may have to add a tiny drop of water depending on the cabbage.
