Directions:

  1. Peel avocados. Cut in half lengthwise. Remove pits. Sprinkle with lemon juice cover all of avocado meat. Slice each half into fan and arrange on plate. Mix remaining ingredients and whisk into sauce. Spoon over fans . Sprinkle with curry powder lightly and serve.
