Curried Apples And Celery

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups thinly sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Saute celery and onion in butter until crisp tender.
  2. Stir in apple.
  3. Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with flour, curry, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
