Ingredients:

  • 3 medium yams, peeled and sliced in thick slices
  • cinnamon sugar , to taste

Directions:

  1. In a casserole dish alternate apples and yam until dish covered.
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over yams and apples.
  3. Bake in oven until yam is tender.
