Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice cucumbers. (Leave skins on if they're unwaxed, garden cukes).
  2. Quarter onion and slice paper-thin.
  3. Mince jalapeno.
  4. Cut celery in 1/4 dice.
  5. Toss all veggies together with sour cream and seasonings.
  6. Garnish with sunflower seeds if desired.
