Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 cucumbers
  • 1 small sweet onion
  • 3 -4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • dried dill (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Slice the cucumbers, dice up the onion; put into small mixing bowl. Add the mayo and mix until all coated.
  2. Add in the sugar, salt, pepper, and the dill; toss cover and put in refrigerator until chilled.
