Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. After slicing cucumbers, place in a bowl of water and let soak with 2 T. of vinegar. Let sit for aprox. 15 min. (to take the bite out of the cucumbers) Drain. place in large bowl and add rotel tomato's, onions and as much bacon ranch as you need to make it creamy. I use aprox. 1/2 bottle. add shredded cheese, mix well, refrigerate for aprox. an hr. and watch it disappear!
