Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of quick oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup of cashew pieces
  • 1/2 cup of almonds
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of molasses

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degree.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. I usually don food-safe gloves and mix by hand, it is easier to distribute the sticky honey and molasses more evenly.
  4. Spread evenly on a shallow baking sheet.
  5. Bake 15 minutes.
  6. Carefully stir around.
  7. Bake another 10 minutes or so, careful here you don't too burn it.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Store in a tightly sealed container or resealable plastic bag.
