  1. BEAT THE PEANUT BUTTER AND SUGAR IN A MIXING BOWL WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL BLENDED.
  2. BEAT IN THE EGGS 1 AT A TIME.
  3. STIR IN THE CEREAL 1 CUP AT A TIME.
  4. PRESS INTO A BUTTERED 9X9 INCH BAKING PAN.
  5. BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES.
  6. SPRINKLE THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER THE TOP.
  7. COVER THE PAN TIGHTLY WITH FOIL.
  8. LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CHOCOLATE MELTS.
  9. CUT INTO BARS TO SERVE
