Ingredients:

  • garlic salt or any other ingredeants you like on crutons
  • 1 clove of garlic/minced
  • 1/4 cup of canola oil
  • 3 slices of weat , white bread
  • tip' reason for canola oil is because it is the healthest oil. those rumers about canola oil killing people are not true! it is alot healther,then the original olive or vegitable oils

Directions:

  1. 1) turn oven onto 350 degrese (mines a gas so if you have to,start it with a lighter!)
  2. 2) measure out 1 cup of oil
  3. 3) mince 1 garlic clove and put it into the measuring cup.
  4. 4) coat the mix onto both sides of the 3 pieces of bread,and drizzle on some seasonings.
  5. 5) place wet bread onto a cookie sheet
  6. 6) slice bread into small croutan size slices(small)
  7. 7)place into your oven for 17-20 minutes.( ~note~ my oven is gas,so i dont now how long to cook it in a newer style oven.so whach the crutons closly)
  8. 8) take out of the oven,let cool for about 5 minutes or less, then serve in a salad,or i eat them just as a snack!
