Crockette Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut off tops of peppers and remove membrane from the bottoms.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, except tomatoes & water.
  3. Tightly pack each pepper with stuffing.
  4. Place peppers in Crockette.
  5. Pour water in the bottom of the Crockette.
  6. Pour tomatoes over all.
  7. If using cheese, top peppers with shredded cheese.
  8. Cover and cook 7-10 hours.
