Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2-2 lbs stew meat
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (15 oz) can beef broth
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 -3 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Add stew meat, cream of mushroom soup and beef broth to crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Before serving mix cornstarch and warm water and add to crock pot to thicken gravy.
  4. Serve over noodles.
