Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, beat egg, salt (if used), and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken into egg; coat with bread crumbs.
  3. In a large skillet, saute chicken in butter.
  4. Arrange chicken in crock pot; pour pizza sauce over chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Add mozzarella cheese, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cook 15 minutes.
