Crock Pot Apple Butter

Ingredients:

  • 10 apples, cored and chopped (about 10 medium)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Add enough apples to fill your crock pot.
  2. Add the water and spices and stir briefly.
  3. Cook on low overnight.
  4. Mash and cook on high for an additional 1/2 hour.
