Crispy Oven Fried Fish

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 4 lemon wedges

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. On a plate combine bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
  3. Brush fish on both sides with melted butter.
  4. Dip into seasoned crumbs to coat completely.
  5. Arrange fillets 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
  6. Bake in upper third of oven 10 to 12 minutes until fish is crusty and golden on the outside and opaque in the center.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
