Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 lime , juice and zest of
  • 1/4 cup salsa verde
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 -3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingridents except oil in a food processor and pulse till combined.
  2. Stream in olive oil till the consistency of the dip is smooth and creamy.
  3. Let sit for at least 1 hour.
