Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 tsp basil
  • 1/8 tsp oregano

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients. Store in a covered container and use as needed. Makes enough to coat about 2 lbs. of fish.
