Crispy Coating for Fish

For a light, crispy batter, dip the fish (or chicken) in an egg wash before coating. Use butter to fry.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon oregano
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Store in a covered container and use as needed. Makes enough to coat about 2 lbs. of fish.
